My friends and I stayed here when our friends got married… so we didn’t actually spend very long in the hotel, but the rooms were large, clean and welcoming, even on a horrible, cold, windy day.
We liked:
— The large rooms… they weren’t my style (think lots of very shiny wood)
— They have thick walls, so it was quiet
— Good thick curtains to keep out the light (save me from my hangover)
— The über-​strong showers
— The staff let us drop our bags off early in the morning, even though we didn’t check in until after midnight.
All in all, it seems aright. Breakfast wasn’t included in the £75 rooms (!) …but you can go and find bargainous big breakfast nearby, so it works out okay.
