Food is poor, the coffee is poor, what makes this place really bad are the staff. They are rude, when we visited a friend had food that wasn’t from there due to allergies. A staff member immediately told us «to leave or I will call security». No please, no chance to explain, it left us having to feed s very young child standing up. They need to get a grip. Who threatens people with calling security over a sandwich. Pathetic.

Nice coffee shop in the grand arcade Wigan nice range of food and coffees in my opinion not as good as Costa or Starbucks similar prices very nice seating area and enjoyed the large latte I ordered
