Not flash, nothing special but.
The staff were absolutely amazing. we asked a question regarding an item they had in the hotel, they gave us a negative answer but stated they would try to find out availability.
They rang us back within an hour and reserved one for us to collect, and kept it for us.
Not the usual hotel review I know, but it made our stay
The room was functional, it was quiet, well insulated, not too much noise from the road, access is a bit odd coming from whitstable, Little Chef and Petrol Station on site, nearest Pub, just up the Hill, Indian Restaurant on Opposite side of dual carriageway, Whitstable is a lovely place, bigger than we thought, but the beach is really nice in Spring, plenty of places to eat and drink though parking is not as easy when it’s busy.
