Just back from this place and it’s been a long time since I last visited! Used to come here all the time with my best friend before she got married. It was our post dinner with the family place.
I went with a group of four, 25 – 44 age range and we all tried out the burgers. Although it seemed the burgers were a bit of a ‘jump on the burger band wagon’ but for the immediate area — this is really the only place you can get a good burger in a nice setting. Our food did take some time to be served but our waitress did make us aware of this at the start.
Staff were great and all in all good experience and good value. Good mid week place to visit. If you’re after gourmet burgers — best to head into Brum.

I have always had a pleasurable experience at The Ridgacre and it is a lovely place to come and have a pint. The menu here is pretty good as well and there is also a nice family feel about this place.
Parking should not be an issue as there is parking on-​site and this place is easily accessible for disabled people. There is something for everyone and a kids menu is also available if you do bring your children along.
You can order main meals straight away or you can have a starter and then go onto to have a main. And of course not forgetting there are plenty of desserts to choose from.
I remember having a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad here and it was gorgeous. You could taste the cheese straight away and the chicken was tenderly cooked.
The Ridgacre is a pub I have been to on a number of occasions and I have always enjoyed my time here. Worth a visit in my view.

this is a nice place to go its cosy, warm, welcoming, the staff are friendly the food tasts great a bit expensive but you pay for what you get. the service is fine too i recommend the half roast chicken dinner mmm its gawjus. its a posh place and well worth having a meal or two in here. they did have a kiddie park outside but now they have demolished it i dont know why as it was great for the little kiddies. and the parking is great too its a nice place

Clean, cosy and child friendly. The Ridgacre has something for everybody although the prices are a little high considering it is just a glorified pub. Don’t get me wrong, the food is lovely but you have to get up and order as in restaurants such as Nando’s, so the prices should reflect this to be honest.
The place recently had a refurb and is looking superb, very modern and chic and as soon as you walk in you feel instantly at home with ease.
Although it is out of the way it is still well worth a visit.
