Nice eaterie overlooking the High Street and Morrisons! Signor FRanco was there first!!! Great Italian food that, thankfully, does not come cheap. We both had Paquirie pasta, with smoked Mozarella, Broccoli and Italian sausage!!! Fabulous, tasty +++++. We’ll recommended… one star knockdown for poor parking

A real treat of Italian food and service — expensive, but worth the treat. Delightful staff tend to every need and happy to offer advice when asked. The best chargrilled squid starter for miles and the bresaola is good too. Main course meats and fish dyes were yummy and the wine list has a good mix of Italian wines.

Fantastic Italian with a giant menu and wine list. Be warned though: there are some vintage wines here that will blow your overdraft clear out of the water lol The service we had was absolutely faultless, the food exquisite and the whole experience sitting outside was well worth the bill. Overall highly recommended.

Spot-on trad Italian not too far from the Pantiles. Portions are generous(my veal chop must have been 1 ½ inches thick — the seafood salad starter would have done as main course). Service is genuine old-school Italian — Franco front of house and a team of seasoned waiters are pretty much faultless. The clientèle are mainly grey-haired TW locals — this is a great place which doesn’t disappoint — then again it doesn’t surprise — it just does good Italian food.

Expensive, but well worth the money if you want a true Italian experience there is no better place.
