Biancos Restaurant

Came here on a double date, we had a table booked for Friday night at 6 but needn’t have bothered as the place was fairly empty.
Started with antipasti and a bruschetta. Antipasti was really beautifully presented — great selection of Italian sliced meat, some buffalo mozzarella, pickled veggies, and sweet balsamic drizzled over. The bruschetta was okay, basically just bread with garlic butter and some fresh tomatoes on top. A little basil wouldn’t have hurt!
They offer smaller portions of pasta as well as full portions, so I got the penne all’arrabiata in a nice little portion (foolishly had a late lunch). The pasta was okay, really nothing to write home about. Admittedly it’s a simple dish, but it was certainly nothing I couldn’t have made myself. If you’re going to get appetizers or any other goodies, get a small portion for sure — it is big enough for a moderate meal.
It was just really quiet in there, and though the restaurant was really well-​decorated, it just didn’t feel comfortable being so empty. Maybe it’s because we went so early? Either way I wouldn’t be terribly eager to return, since the atmosphere wasn’t especially inviting and the food was really pretty standard. Friendly, attentive service though — I’d hope so, as we were the only people in the restaurant!

Great service, amazing food. Book first as very busy.

A very fine Italian restaurant, its a very popular so advise booking if you planning a friday or saturday night. The atomsphere is perfect and the interior is just what you would expect of a true Italian restaurant. Because this restaurant is so good we always celebrate our special occassions here
