Very good. Quite spick and span with lots of interesting nooks and crannies. Very good selection of real ale very well kept and at very good prices.

Best pub in the area! I’m very impressed with it. Everyone inside — staff and patrons alike — are extremely friendly. The interior of the pub is incredibly neat, clean, and well decorated. It’s way bigger than you’d expect too; there are several separate rooms that just seem to keep going. In the back, the bathrooms are just as clean and neat as the rest of the house. The women’s bathroom even has a basket of free ‘pons & pads on the sink — how awesome is that? Oh, and to top it off, there’s free wireless. It doesn’t get much better than that: D
