Quality of the door is good. However customer service is terrible. I had to wait almost 2 months for an installation date, and when the door was finally installed there were a number of problems. Numerals ordered were missing. Wrong handle installed and the silicon around the edge of the door came apart within 1 hour. Called up Yale to ask when this would be corrected only to be told by the customer service rep that they would look into it and get back to me.(No sense of urgency along with a blarzay attitude). No response the next day so decided to call back only to be told that it’s on their todo list and that it could be next week until the parts arrived. Will not be recommending them!

Yale door customer service is virtually non-existent. So if you want a new door and you don’t mind if it doesn’t open or close properly go ahead and order. Don’t expect the Guarantee to be of any use, I had to take Yaledoor to court because they refused to acknowledge the faults on my door.
