Stopped for lunch with local friends. Beef lasagna was delicious. Also enjoyed the free still water. Portions were huge! Loved the location too.

Used to go here all the time when it was a Beefeater and it was great been in twice in the last 6months and the service and food, lay out, furniture and atmosphere has been horrendous!!!

Ideal location for this pub, right on the high street overlooking the river. As the name says, its the bridge house! You can park very near to it, either on the market square(which you have to pay for), but also just over the bridge for free. The beers were about average, but the food was very very nice. We had a gorgeous chocolate dessert, that came with some kind of brownie that was to die for!
