Love going in the Dei Bar, until the new manager called my Eggs Benedict sauce slop, was rude about my coffee order and was off when trying to help move items out of the easy. Complained, no response or apology. Gutted ass been going a long time. Alex, Stefan and Lizzy made it an enjoyable experience and she killed it in on foul swoop!

One of my Favorite stores due to it’s all in one stop store. Prices are reasonable, clean, lots of selection and good quality. I can grab a coffee, quick food, an outfit, something for the home and change currency while being at M & S. Surely saves time having it all in one and with friendly service to boot.

We stopped by during two separate shopping trips as it was ultra-convenient and HUGE! M&S has undergone many changes since we last shopped in one, and all for the better. It’s like a UK vision of Target in the US now — lots of very high-quality merchandise at not unreasonable prices. The café here is particularly nice. We had snacks on the first occasion and a bigger meal on the second. A great selection of choices, all served very swiftly by extremely helpful staff.(The peculiarly British quirk of being unable to swap out one side dish for another was a problem on one occasion — «No, I’m sorry, the manager won’t let us do that» is about as useless a response as «Yeah, we don’t seem to care what you want; you should have what we’ve got and be happy!’ — but I’ll forgive that because their coffee was actually drinkable, unlike most department store cafes.)

This store has everything M&S: Furniture, clothing, electonics, a coffee shop, a restaurant and of course the food hall. Parking is free and opening hours are late. And if that’s not enough, it’s part of Colney Fields Retail Park. Sweet…
