Although i agree with the previous reviews re the contact centre being unable to deal with enquiries and the waiting times especially for benefits are ridiculous, since the refurbishment the whole of the building looks a lot better.
It is now clean and looks a lot better than it ever did complete with a small childrens play area to keep children amused whilst putting up with the long waiting times i guess!
The whole idea of the contact centre was a bad idea in my opinion to start with, if i wanted to talk with someone about what i wanted to discuss on the phone i could have done that from home.
By creating the contact centre they put a barrier between them and the customer which can make it very difficult if its something that you need to discuss face to face with somebody.
On the whole though since they did the refurbishment the place is a lot cleaner and tidier than it used to be ~ at least now i dont feel like running to wash my hands everytime i touch something in there!

Contact centre is unable to deal with all queries and waiting times are unacceptable if query cannot be dealt with by the first person.
