Pizza Hut

Whenever me and my family come here we are always waiting such a long time for our food as service very slow! The food itself is quite nice when you get it although the salad cart has slipped a bit to what it used to be… instead of the great variety of salad it seems that they have just doubled everything up so there isn’t as much choice, which is a shame as my husband loves his salad bowl! on a good note if you have room for a desert then you must try the hot cookie dough it’s the best pudding i’ve ever had anywhere, it’s to die for!!!

This Pizza Hut has been in the same location for as long as I care to remember.
Considering it is such a popular place and is normally always busy, it is in need of a serious spruce up.
The staff are indifferent, on occasions they can’t do enough for you and on others it appears you are invisible.
I had cause to complain during a visit as the coleslaw was off, I informed the staff who argued with me and stated that it couldn’t be as it was fresh out, instead of trying it for themselves, needless to say, the coleslaw was left in situ for others.
The toilets are filthy and always smell horrific, this has something to do with there being no windows I would imagine, but nevertheless disgusting anyway.
I’ve squeezed a 2* out as the pizza’s are always tasty, if it wasn’t for them then it would be 0*.

Agreed — definitely needs a make over! Staff are friendly and helpful however and the cheap and cheerful menu certainly make up for it. Quite slow service on busy nights (ie Friday and Saturday).

This is quite a typical large pizza hut restaurant– the staff are friendly but I have had to ask on occasion for my free drink refills as they only check on you a couple of times. we often dine here for the all you can eat for £5.99 buffet which is extremely good value. Hot pizza is frequently brought to the table, with very little waiting times. On busy occasions, the atmosphere can be a little stressful as the music is played quite loudly, and the tables are packed closely together.

a nice sized family restaurant with great deals on the lunchtime buffets.
staff are very helpful, kind and friendly, presentable too.
on busier days, the pizzas on the buffet can be less cheesy with fewer ingredients and topping, which is a shame.
getting food from the menu is always a pleasure though, with well cooked pizza made to order.
a nice environment, kept well presented and clean.
good value and range of food and beverages.

a place i take my family regulalry for the luch buffet (all you can eat pizza and pasta for £5.99). My two year old loves coming here, and its the place where he always tries new foods from the salad bar and the pasta dishes too!
at busy times, particularly in the holidays the buffet pizzas are not up to their usual standars, but overall they offer excellent value for money and a friendly atmosphere.
the staff are always welcoming and accomodating to your needs, helpful with findning a suitable table and getting children settled too.
