Very friendly staff here. Clean and comfortable rooms as you’d expect at a Marriott hotel. I had breakfast and would like to note that the scrambled eggs had a scotch after taste. I’d advise eggs cooked to order & a lot of them; at £15 for breakfast, that’s a hell of lot of eggs!

I’m part of a global flight crew, that being said, I enjoy my layovers at the Windsor Marriott. The staff are like extended family to me. The hotel itself is as comfortable as being at home. It’s a very restful, peaceful hotel. I truly look forward to staying at this particular property, because I know how well I’ll be looked after by all the staff once I’ve walked through the front Door. CJ, Fiona, Sylvester, Constantino & Micheala are just a few of the very caring memorable staff that make this Marriott an absolute 5STAR choice for me

The staff could’ve been a bit more knowledgeable about local transit … Was told the bus to downtown ran every 15 minutes or so… Waited an hour. Then it was cash only and I didn’t have any so couldn’t ride. But staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfy, restaurant was very good.

Just ok… common areas a bit dated and rooms are standard faire. Beware of the hotel’s executive lounge rules… kids under 16 are not allowed. As a «courtesy» they allow you to take food out to them. but you cannot take out alcohol to enjoy while they eat – they value the business traveler… but to a lesser extent when they are on holiday with their family.

This is a categoy 4 Courtyard Marriott which typically means not top of the line for Marriott. For that class hotel, I found it very well run. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am a Platinum member, so I can’t be sure if my room was bigger from an upgrade or not. It was a good size. Bathtub/shower excellent. Bed was very, very comfortable with lots of cushy pillows. It has US plugs in the bathroom and desk area. TV is beautiful. Room is quiet. Food is great — ordered room service the crab cakes and cesar salad. They have an executive lounge with nice appys. The breakfast buffet is fantastic — typically english fare and more. This hotel is near Lego Land so you can expect A LOT of kids on the weekends. This hotel is near the Heathrow, take the Hotel Hoppa for 7pounds return.

This place is definitely a great option compared to the Heathrow Marriott which is just down the road. Not being the official airport Marriott, you avoid the grumpy businessmen and hordes of tourists just overnighting in London. A point in its favour is that its the preferred hotel for most airline staff who are always good fun for a chat or a cheeky pint. The rooms are as you would expect from a Marriott. Luxurious beds, limited TV selections, and a good amount of space. Wi-Fi is free if you are a Gold or Platinum member but £10−15 if you aren’t. It’s quite a long hotel so make sure to request a room close to the elevator if you don’t want to walk for 5 – 10 minutes. The executive lounge for those of you who also have stayed far too many nights away from home has an excellent breakfast selection and also heavy snacks in the evening. There is also a beer fridge that you can help yourself too as long as you drink in the lounge(or are sneaky and get past the attendant). On Tuesdays they have wine for free too although last time I was there this was an every day thing so it might just depend on the attendant/manager. The biggest draw is the excellent fitness center and pool which rivals most top tier private gyms. The gym is also open from 6am-10pm so plenty of time to get there around your schedule. The gym is why I chose to stay there and I’ve always gone back knowing it meets all my needs. The biggest drawback is that the room service food is pretty low quality. The burger tasted boiled not grilled and the steak was quite small given the £25 price. However, they do have redbull on room service which was essential after a couple of late work nights!

A clean and modern Marriott with good amenities and good transport links. But…due to it’s location it’s very expensive. 15.95 gbp for a continental breakfast is outrageous and the selection of choice was not what you would expect.

I’ve stayed at this place a couple of times now, prior to taking a flight from Healthrow. I’ve never booked directly with them, but have always found a good rate for a room with 2 weeks parking on . In fact, it has always come up as one of the cheapest options for my requirements, surprising to me given the usual standard of Marriott hotels. The hotel itself is clean, staff are helpful and polite, rooms are of the usual good Marriott standard. Yes, it’s an airport hotel and therefore has no character to speak of, but what do you want for 1 night? I’ve never really availed myself of the amenities here, but there is a coffee shop(Costa I think), and the usual highly priced Marriott room service menu and breakfast. Rooms come with drinks making facilities and a mini bar fridge, so I generally take a couple of snacks with me for breakfast. When it comes to an evening meal, you’ll save money by popping over the road to the Toby carvery. I usually pay between 70 and 80 pounds for a 1 night stay and up to 2 weeks parking, but as mentioned before, this has been booked through a website rather than directly with Marriott. I can’t recommend it enough for a pre-Heathrow flight. There is a regular bus service to the terminals which is very cheap.
