Love it or hate it you’ll always have a fun filled night. Once you’ve got past the stuck up door staff you’ll head back in time to your younger years. Every time I’ve been here it’s been with a large group for someone’s birthday or another celebration so it’s always going to be a great night, not so sure I’d be up on the podium with my sweat bands and visor if I was on my own!

Perhaps I just don’t like the 80s much, but if you’re anything like me you’ll need to be very drunk indeed to have any chance of enjoying Reflex. If you’ve not drunk enough then it’s a fairly depressing place; if you have then you’re not likely to remember what it was like anyway! That said, there’s not much choice in Shrewsbury.

Wonderful party place! everyone seems to relax a bit in reflex and there is an amazing atmosphere and music so bad it is good. It is also very cheap for entry and drinks and has many novelty items available for sale. Bar staff are very friendly and in good spirits as well.
