Very friendly staff who are knowledgable about the items for sale but do find the shop is very small and items are crammed in making it difficult to manouvere in, especially with bags. Great for presents but do find that the place is rather expensive and any items I have had from there have worn or broken very quickly which is especially disappointing for the price.
