Zooby’s probably has the best coffee in Sheffield. This I am saying after a whole year of searching for coffee that doesn’t go down your throat burning it along the way or feels like the coffee has been thrown from the grinder into your mug with some milk for a cool price of 4 – 5 pounds! great ppl great atmosphere, great ambience and great coffee!

Zooby’s is a takeaway sandwich bar situated in the Winter Gardens in Sheffield City Centre. It serves a great range of sandwiches, with some imaginative fillings, and caters particularly well for vegetarians. You can also get toasted ciabatta-​style sandwiches.
They also serve a good range of drinks, and have fair trade teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Plus they also stock cake and fair-​trade chocolate bars.
They have a small table and couple of chairs outside, but these are usually occupied, so it’s better to find a bench elsewhere in the Winter Gardens.
It’s not especially cheap for a sandwich — they used to do a meal deal but this seems to have stopped. The food is great quality though. One other thing — they are popular, and sometimes the service can be a little slow, so if you’re in a rush and there’s a queue, perhaps best go elsewhere. Otherwise, you can’t beat Zooby’s!
