I’ve been coming to Larger than Life for years — and through many sizes.
They have a wonderful selection of clothes (not the usual highly coloiured tents), are very helpful and know what I like.
I’ve continued to travel to the shop despite moving out of the area as it is such a gem of a shop!

I discovered LARGER THAN LIFE a few years ago and really LOVED it!!! To the point I don’t go anywhere else! I buy everything there, t-​shirts, jeans, skirts, wedding suit, smart office gear In fact, I got my NEW job on the strength of one of their office suits! They have got LOVELY clothes and the staff are lovely too! Really friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

This shop has been here for years and they do beautiful and well made clothes for plus size ladies.
The clothes start from a 18 up to a 30 i think, they have casual through to smart and glam evening wear.
The lady that own’s it is plus size herself and is beyond helpfull, she has a great eye for what suits and makes you try on things that you would never look at.
Its a very personal service and a cup of tea is offen made for you so make sure you have plenty of time to shop, chat and buy.
Really unique service and plenty of choice for plus size ladies too.
