Terrible. Food was dry and tasteless. The worst part is that the waitress put boiling hot cheese sauce in front of a 1 year old who then put his hands in it before we had a chance to move it, scalding his hands. The manager was unable to deal with our complaint satisfactorily and failed to record the accident correctly (omitting the fact that her staff member put the cheese in front of him), in general this was a terrible meal out. I will never return here! We refused to pay and left very unhappy with EVERYTHING. I would not recommend this place and there are far better places to eat in PortSolent than this.
******2 weeks later and we have still not heard back from them about the complaint we have made. Completely unacceptable and we will NEVER return to ANY branch.******

A great place to go for Classic American diner food. The staff are friendly and my son loves going here for lunch.
The milkshakes alone are worth the visit and you can mix up your blend and go off menu.
If you’re in the area it’s a great place to drop in and the food is both good and reasonably priced too.
