Very good restaurant quickly over taking the nearby Custom House. Better ambience, great views, and most importantly excellent quality food and strong service.
Old school prawn cocktail, heavenly calamari and 12oz fillet, all spot on. Be sure to sample the Malbec.
Well worth the trouble of finding.

The atmosphere is great here ! The food is lovely. The cocktails r lovely. However I have been to this restaurant on a few occasions and the staff r ok but could be a lot more attentive especially when often your out for a treat

This gem was at the end of an outbound leg of a walk from Bute Park in the centre of Cardiff. We arrived somewaht bushed around midday with the intent of taking a beer and legging it back. However the welcome was enough to convince us to linger longer over a bottle of prosecco and a two course lunch. Tidy lunch menu with a steak driven ala carte which included a 16oz on the bone sirloin steak! The place is well appointed, small bar area, sensible table arrangements in the reatauraunt section, terrace overlooking the marina. The online downside was we had to walk back. we discovered somewhat later we could have caught the water taxi from the marina back to Bute Park!
