There is such a thing as grace in this life and, unfortunately, it was distinctly lacking @ Paisley Sheriff Court last week. As a fully~fledged member of Thee Great British public I find it quite alarming that police officers are neglecting tax payers money and useful resources by arresting vehicle drivers on petty, minor offences especially when a not proven verdict was announced in court. Not only do these police officers require experience in man~management skills//awareness and earning trust with the public they also require disciplined for rash judgement and incompetence.
