I recommend wearing a chastity belt for your own safety.
To be honest it’s ok older crowd. Bar staff are mostly as miserable as sin with the odd exception.
Shite music that will get the usual drunkards up dancing.

Gabriels is probaly more more suited to the slightly middle aged or older drinkers, however it is still a very nice wee pub. The drink is cheap so good if your just starting the night off and staff are always very friendly. The food from Gabriels is what you’d expect from typical pub grub but still very nice for the reasonable price. They also have a function suite right next door call 21 Gauze St which is a really nice place to hold a party. not to big and not too small. I have been to several functions here and held a few here and always found it to be an excellent night.

This used to be a great pub but recently has went downhill bar staff can be quite cheeky/​surly. Can be difficult getting served at busy times. There should be more than 2 ladies toilets and the pub could be doing with a bit of freshening up. I feel they’ve became a bit complacent as they always pull in the punters. Recently noticed last orders being called quite early on a few occasions & lights up pretty sharp well before closing time then promptly told to leave. However, it’s for my age group and probably one of the few places left to go in Paisley otherwise I would perhaps give it a miss! Function suite good though.
