very old fashioned back street pub with good honest food and good carparking.

This is a really quaint pub with a nice atmosphere. It is very olde worlde but lively and fun at the same time. The staff are always friendly and it is good value for food and drinks. The pub has a good car park, which is a real plus in Paignton where parking can be an issue.
I really like the garden on a summer afternoon or evening. It is really attractive, not very big but a really nice place to sit and relax and if you have children with you it makes life alot easier if they can run round and let off steam while the adults can have a chat and a drink.

Extremely friendly staff, buzzing atmosphere, cheap drinks, entertaining quizz and amazing food. What a wicked little pub — it is a traditional Devon cottage, very cozy inside. amazing carvery on sundays — huge portions, even the children’s ones! Gets very busy at times. Free parking outside. Highly reccommended.
