First the beer is fine, don’t know about food. The place does seem a bit mixed up though. Is it a sports bar? Is it a darts event venue? Is it a modern /​oldy pub? Sorry i just don’t know what the place os about !!!

A real surprise of a pub to be found in the Canal Side area of Nottingham, just a short walk from the train station and Broadmarsh Shopping Centre.
They offer a fine selection of real ales and upstairs they have their own microbrewery! Beers are kept very well and there is an ample stock of local real-​ale papers to read. Food also tasted and smelt lovely.
Had a hot beef cob (roll) with roast potatoes before a recent football match and was excellent. Great value and great service too. There is also a conservatory area on the side and there are TVs showing live sports. Can get busy before a big football match.
