my daughter, drove back to kettering nearly £300 lighter.
rang up a kettering tyre company hanhook’s are a cheaper tyre & they the quoted £2 per tyre cheaper.
when asked about tracking.£24.00
so, its buyer beware
posh premises equalls posh prices.
we will not be coming to this company ever again

I’m sorry I agree with the others, appalling company and let me explain. The five star review is clearly a member of staff !
I used Northampton tyres in nov 2012, I told the staff member in sales I needed 4 new tyres following a puncher and others were low on tread.
I guy immediately said that he only had Michelins left in stock at £175 per tyre after seeing my vulnerable state. I gasped and said I couldn’t afford that !
He said leave the car with him and he would order in some tyres later in the day he rang me surprisingly after 30 minutes after finding some tyres.
It was only afterwards I realised I had been ‘played’ and wondered how many other people the company had deceived for work or tyres they didn’t want ?
They even had the cheek to ring up and ask if I wanted the wheels aligning for an extortionate amount.
Northampton tyres did have a good reputation but not anymore, it was only afterwards that other people I know asked why I had gone there and not the tyre company in Wootton.
‘Once bitten’ and all that I will NEVER go back.

Very impressed with this Customer service oriented tyre and alignment business. Tyre prices seem competitive, alignment is quite expensive but it is the laser type so probably justified, if your car uses expensive tyres. Staff and facilities first class. The only tyre place I’m aware of in Northampton where I’d be comfortable to wait whilst work is done. It’s clean, has WiFi, free tea coffee and soft drinks, TV, a PC to surf and some video games/​Lego for the young at heart.
