Really nice country pub, good beer and food. The staff are friendly and there is ample parking, I reccomend anyone to give it a try,

A listed building dating back to the 16th century, the Sandygate Inn has a great back garden with loadsof space for kids to run around in and picnic tables out the front underneath teh hanging baskets. In the winter it has an open fire in the main bar which is great to sit around and drink the various real ales and scrumpy’s on offer. The locals are all really friendly and will sit and have a chat with you and the food is pretty good too. A great place to while away a Sunday afternoon!
