National Tyres and Autocare

I had my car MOTd at this branch of National Tyres and Autocare and would recommend them. I used this company as I had received excellent service from the Street branch of this company when I was on holiday in Somerset and thought that it would be worth sticking with the same company. In fact, the customer service was not quite as good at the Bath Lane branch but it was passable. The staff were fairly polite and friendly, and the bonus with this company is that you can book your service online. The downside was that although I booked a morning MOT, when I arrived I was told that they had too many cars booked in and I would have to wait until the afternoon. Despite this inconvenience, the work was carried out within expectations and we were able to collect the car later that day. For a fairly hassle free transaction, I would recommend them. It is quite tricky to get to their garage however, and if you do not know the area well, you would find it hard — their directions on their website are quite hard to follow.
