Had a poke in here but didn’t find anything I wanted. Some of the home things that I considered were too pricey. A quick browse around saw price tags are much higher than I had assumed.
This store is quite big with school school uniforms first, then baby, children and womens work clothes clockwise. Womens underwear and casual clothes are towards the back of the store with shoes in the middle front and a small mens section. On the right side of the store is a home section that had a few interesting pieces but nothing eye-​catching. The staff didnt seem all that bohered to tidy and kept to themselves hidden behind the tills.
Overall, this store didn’t really leave much of an impression.

A very handy shop for bargain fasion and clothing as well as household items.
Not always the best place to get trousers, joggers etc for someone who needs XL size.
It’s also sometimes differcult to find an assistant to get help. 9 times out of ten you get told, everything is out on the shelves /​racks. Saying that, if you ask, they can normally try other local branches.
Keep an eye on local newspapers as Matalan have some good sales on from time to time.

Matalan on Kingston Park it is not really good for bargain, i prefer poundland same product like Matalan it is mean they items same as easilly broken but more expensive. Last time i buy socks for my baby cost £3 and i just found at pound shop just a quid.
Matalan Store at Kingston park always messy plenty stuff on the floor, broken item still sell, missing item reduce just 75%, dirty clothes still on the normal price and many many more.
The good reason if you go there to hunting bargain is boxing day but beware always look carefully what you buy.
Staff it is good very helpful. Good services. If you plan to shopping on there beware because some item can be missing or broken.
