This shop is located in an easy to access retail park next to shops like PC World and Pets at Home.
The store is set on two floors, car things on the bottom and a bike shop above. It stocks all the car and bike paraphernalia that I wouldn’t know what to do with but as staff here are really nice and helpful, you’ll find the right products for you. The staff seem to have a lot of knowledge of their products and really want to meet customer’s needs.
There is a nice selection of bikes (I have my eye on a Pendleton) but it’s really expensive and takes a long time to make… For now, I will just admire the bikes and may need a lesson or two in bike building.

I wanted to buy my Daughter a bike. I was quoted £80 for the bike. I was also informed that unless I wanted to wait 5 days for the Halfords staff to build it then I had to build it myself.
Go somewhere else. It would be cheaper and you probably get your bike built on the spot.
I would have but my daughter would have screamed the shop down!

Halfords is an expensive shop. It is situated in Kingston Park, near Marks & Spencer and PC world. It sells everything about car and bike. You will find everything here. It is good especially if you are in hurry. However, be prepared to pay quite dear price. Although, sometimes It has offers. Keep looking the offers, but still shop around I sugggest. They have not got good network, as it has only one branch in Newcastle, which is in Kingston Park. Customer service is very good. if you don’t know about car and you want to buy something, ask the customer service. The staff is helpful. The shop is clean and well presented.

Love Halford? Not for me. For the very first time I always buy oil for my old car because my car always need oil every month cost me £ 20 for 2.5 litter. Then after few months I fell that cost is over the top. I go to Tesco near Halford, I just can not belive that oil just cost me £ 10 for 2 litter it is mean that Halford so so expensive than other store. Even I buy another items like radiator cap cost me £ 10 just on another store cost me £ 5, 2 break lamp cost me £5 on ebay 10 lamp just cost me £ 3 so waste money if you buy on Halford. That Place pretty clean and tidy. Staff is good experience not to bad.
