Barracuda isn’t one of the most popular bars in Middlesbrough, it’s located on Albert Road, just a short walk from Walkabout. It’s not hard to miss but I have never known it to get busy here. Inside is a moderate size dance floor with bar tables and stools and a few booths. Upstairs is a balcony overlooking part of the dance floor with more tables.
The music is a mix of whatever is currently in the charts really but it’s good to get up and dance to. The bar is long and it’s easy to get served. The usual drinks are served here and they often have one specific drink up for about £1.50. Prices aren’t too bad. It isn’t one of the bet places in Middlesbrough but it’s ok.
