Trevor Sorbie

A really nice hair salon tucked away off market street and behind king street. It’s a pricey one– but you do get the service you expect. Trevor sorbie is a more premium name so you would expect a luxury service, and in fairness, you do get that.
Lovely interior– spacious and modern with friendly reception staff at the front desk. I came on a Saturday and even though it was busy it didn’t feel stressful or a bit rush rush like you usually get in salons on a Saturday morning.
My stylist took her time to carry out a half head of blonde highlights, taking care and making sure she was styling to precision. She was called Emma and was really professional, talking me through different shades and options.
At times there was some waiting around, such as at the backwash, when all you really want to do is get that bit done so you can check out your newly coloured hair. But I guess that’s just what you get at most hair salons…
I got given a huge cappuccino with biscuits and was also offered crisps… No need to go out for lunch after going here!
Quite expensive but that’s what you get with premium names, and in terms of quality and professionalism you get what you pay for.
Happy with my end result– a nice lightened look.
