Tea Hive

I’ve been aware of this place for a while but never popped in. So, after a physically demanding hike (read: leisurely stroll while stopping often to play with dogs) I decided to treat myself to coffee and cake.
It’s nowhere near as pretty and quirky inside as the one in Chorlton, however they’ve probably done the best they can. It was a bit chaotic inside, mainly due to the number of kids running around!
I ordered a flat white for myself, a latte for Rich, and a peanut butter brownie to share. This came to around £7. We sat outside to continue dog watching and they brought it out to us. The coffees were good and the brownie delicious, very fudgy which I like.
I’m pleased to see they offer breakfast also — next time I want to go out for breakfast it might be worth coming here rather than trekking to Chorlton.
