Great local business. A simple store but great bicycle mechanic who can build custom bikes and has a few new and recycled bikes for sale. Should be the first stop for any uni students looking to pick up a bike to use over the course of their studies. 5 min walk from Uni of Manchester main campus. On Denmark St just past Whitworth Art Gallery.
Fantastic for any bicycle commuters who work at the university’s is the hospitals nearby or commute along Oxford Rd.
Sorted out my weird clunky sound on a same day turn around. Planning on taking the bike in for a full service in the near future.

It’s called Bicycle Garage and feels like one. Not the most aesthetically pleasing interior, but the staff are helpful and fixed my puncture quickly for me just walking in.
They have competitive prices, but it’s also all about supporting your local shop compared to a chain.
They made some good recommendations for my commuting bike, of which I’ll be takin advantage of when I get the £.
Conveniently near Oxford Rd for those surprise punctures. :)
