Ryder & Dutton

Ryder and Dutton is an estate agents and one of the biggest in the Middleton Area, some of the best houses are with them.
I had an experiance today when I was viewing 2 houses which was terrible, as both houses are empty I had an emploee taking me round. My first house, I turned up 15 minutes late but I told Ryder and Dutton about this and they spoke to the rep. My next appointment was also with him, so I thought I didnt have to worry.
When I arrived, it was not a nice house at all with just a gate on a driveway filled with pot holes, no one was there. I phoned up Ryder and Dutton only to find out he had gone to his next appointment! Which was with me! I couldnt make it there as I was walking to these properties and by the time I was to make it their. he would of left due to being late.
I would defiantly not reccomened Ryder and Dutton because of this incident, I told them I was going to be late and with his next appointment being also with me, he had no excuse to leave expecially without the courtsey of receiving a phone call to Ask Where I was and Inform me of this.
