For a Network rail main hub train station you expect the best and well you have it here. M&S always provide good food for my train journeys, Its nice layout and has everything you might need for your little jaunt out on the tracks, but also if you need something for home then there a few ready meals and alike for dinner at home.
But designed and set up for quick get in and out with sandwiches and drinks at the start and end its very handy if your running a little late. But not 5 Star due to never seem to have a full set of tills running when it is busy.
Overall very good just remember the prices seem up by about 10p on sandwiches .
Have a Ham and mustard on wholemeal — Beautiful

It a sign of the times when you can get a M&S slap bang in the middle of the train station. Lots of choice of healthy and not so healthy but yummy snacks for your journey. If you have a loyalty card you can add some more points easily this way. Unfortunately I choose tthe new improved receipe of shredded duck in a tortilla and I would not recommend it. Let have the old version back which had some great flavour. A long train journey goes much quicker if you have some treats.

Simply food is a marks and spencers food hall but all on its own. Selling all types of yummy convenience food such as sandwiches and ready meals such as italian, american, indian and my personal favourite and recommendation the Chinese range. It is equally if not more tasty than getting something from a chinese take away, prices in my opinion are reasonble for the quality, for a great selection you can get enough food to feed two hungry people for £20. The baby chinese ribs are to die for!!! Thwey also sell crisps and snacks as well as wines, soft drinks and some fresh produce. Highly recommended from me!
