When ordering, the staff did seem to know what Gluten was and went through the menu telling me what can and will not be suitable for me to eat. I ordered A cheese, tomato and ham omelette with chips and beans however when I wanted to have a problem free, nice meal in a central Manchester hotel all I had was a satisfactory meal. When I got my food, the beans were served cold, I sent them back and they did warm them up for me however I then realised the omelette was plain and not filled with the 3 toppings I asked for so I sent it back and had to wait for that to be done again hence I could not have my chips and beans with the omelette or they would of gone cold, The second omelette did take quite a while to arrive. They also have The Independent and Financial Times available to read and buy here, what is nice to see if you want something to read over your meal or coffee. This looks like a nice hotel in Central Manchester, it has a Starbucks inside also but the Glasshouse Bar and Restaurant has many problems. The food served to me, was nice(even the plain omelette was) but I was annoyed because it was what I paid for and I had a long wait and wanted and couldn’t have the meal together because of a mistake they made. Long story short, if they get your order correct this is a nice restaurant what offers meals for very good value.

Glasshouse £203-course dinner rocks!!! Considering how everything is so expensive in UK, this is a steal for this quality meal in such a chic setting! A la carte menu is rather pricey and each entrée is almost the same price as the 3 course prix fixe which is crazy. The service is good and the staff are friendly which is a big plus. I really liked their sea bass, very succulent! The accompanying risotto too was delish!
