Nice little independent coffe and sandwich shop — would have been five stars but they were playing Muzak versions of Whitney Houston songs so had to drop one!

Not sure if this is quite a new place or its taken over from an existing café/sandwich place. Been today and had a steak baguette with caramelised onions — this was on the special menu and cost £2.85. Took a bit long to wait for it but it proves it was freshly made. Tasted very good. Looking at the menu at the«normal» sandwiches, they are good value. Bacon bap for £2. Ham salad on baguette, ciabatta or roll for £2.65. I always end up going to the same sandwich places and having the same sandwich so trying to check out other places for lunch. So far so good at Doops. (There used to be a café called Lite Delights at the same address. Dont know if its just a name change(and its had a refurb done) or a brand new place.
