The Penn Club

It’s a deal. That gets it the extra star. It is a very good deal. You can’t do better, not in this area. And the breakfast is top notch, the beds are solid and comfortable, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I’d give it five stars except it is a little dated. I’m not going to knock the bathrooms because most of them are shared — that’s part of the deal. They are also very clean. But they are dated and the carpet is old, as is the paint. This may be a consequence of the low fees they charge, and, as such, I should not complain. But I’m just telling you what to expect. Here you get more than what you pay for, but you don’t pay much and you still get quite a bit. If we were ever coming back to London we’d book rooms here again in a heartbeat.

I love this place and the location is fabulous! I can’t wait to go back. They are very friendly, it is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. You get all this at a great price.
