The grilled goats cheese starter was super! Bit pricey for fish and chips.

The service is excellent. The food is exactly what I wanted, fresh and very well prepared. I loved it! I had the grilled chicken served with smashed potatoes and covered in a light mushroom sauce. I started with the iceberg wedge salad and the french onion soup and finished with the chocolate tart. Everything was oooo ahhh yumm you have to taste this food. My husband had a pasta dish which he wouldn’t part with either. He thought the tart was good, but too rich. It was rich, but I must have been in the mood for it, not normally a chocolate fan, I found it excellent. On top of it’s awesomeness, they have a theater special from I believe 4−7pm which is a fixed menu, but my soup, entrée, dessert combo was only 14 pounds. Our exit check was maybe 34 pounds. Loved it! Would go back tomorrow, but they are closed until Jan 3rd for the holiday.

Cute little brasserie with a French theme all tucked neatly away in Shepherd’s Market! I had a risotto here which was done to perfection — al dante — with rich, fresh flavours. This restaurant has a really authentic feel to it — even down to the French Fries! Price-wise it wasn’t too bad(for Mayfair) — although I wasn’t buying — but I went with my boss! Equally this could be a really lovely little place to go on a date as it has a very intimate atmosphere. Although because it is very small don’t take a date with a loud voice.

Nice area, narrow, intimate street, tiny place good for laid back lunch or dinner. However certainly it deserves better food and service, especially for a Mayfair price. We got cold, burned croutons, pasta without much taste. Hopefully the wine was good But wouldn’t it be as good if purchased in nearby shop and drunk during private picnic in Green Park nearby?
