Got a decent table to watch Rugby minutes before the match started. Ambience was ok, clientele was pleasant. My wife and I both had burgers, they were decent. I’m not a drinker but beer selection was good and the bartender sorted me with a pint of diet coke not a bottle. I lived in Chiswick in 2002, was nice to visit.

My husband and I had loved the look of this place and waited awhile before we went. It has a lovely beer garden out the front. Drinks here were great and reasonably priced we ordered by the jug not glass. We had dinner here though and I was really disappointed as I had much higher expectations with the price. I had the salmon potatoes and asparagus for £15. Asparagus was nice with a garlic pesto, and the salmon was ok not over cooked which is great but served plain. It came with purple boiled potatoes but these had no sauce/butter or anything with them so were quite dry. My husband had the ribs and thought that was also average. I would go back for drinks but would not eat here again.

Um, OK. I really, really wanted to love this pub as I’ve been eyeing it up for months. The front of the building boasts a large beer garden which is oh so inviting but the inside just lacks any sort of authentic luster. The look and feel of the interior was that of a chain pub. I have no idea if The Lamb is part of a chain of pubs or not but that’s the feeling I got. It was just blah. Additionally, they were out of several beers including their hefeweizen which my husband and I really wanted to try. The music was too loud and was of a genre(hard rock) which I’m not a huge fan of. One thing to note, the bathrooms were fantastic! Newly renovated and clean. Though«just OK,» I have a feeling we will return in the summer when we can enjoy the lovely beer garden and unwillingly inhale second hand smoke from those around us. Hopefully, they won’t be out of 25% of their beer selection when we return.
