This is the third time I’ve chosen THB and it is now, without doubt, my first choice for takeaway Thai food! The extensive menu is impressive and myself, along with my flat mates, have sampled as much as possible and we’ve never been remotely disappointed. Fresh food and flamboyant flavours are used throughout. You can’t go wrong with their staples including the obvious traditional Thai curries and Pad Thai! Tonight I opted for the chicken Massaman curry and Pad Kee Mao hangover noodles. As always the food arrived promptly(20 mins early), was well packaged(no danger of any spills — phew!), AND the portions are huge! Always a takeaway bonus. The chicken in the curry literally melted in the mouth and the sauce is just perfection — not to spicy but with a little kick reminding you that it’s Thai not Chinese! The noodles, although I didn’t have a hangover today, certainly sorted me out and cleared away though October fluey blues! I’m sure I will be having many many more takeaways for THB in the future(well tomorrow — I have left overs!!!) Quick tip: try the grilled prawns — they’re just ace!
