Stunning service from the Canary Wharf branch of The Color Company this week. Extremely fast turnaround of a fairly complex — but not exactly large — print order, with very competent and friendly staff.
My order needed to be printed on coloured stock. Now, at other places I’ve been told «We don’t have coloured stock available, sorry.» (i.e. «Go away!»). Here, however, it was «We don’t have coloured stock here, but we can ask one of our drivers to bring some across from one of our other branches and print the run tomorrow, if that’s ok?» Excellent service.
That, plus producing proofs and confirming them with me before the run, less than 24 hours from initial enquiry to receiving the full print run (even with the stock delay!), and a very good price… I can’t really fault them. I will definitely use them again!
