This pub has better food at way better prices than most in the Battersea area(I’m looking at you Prince Albert and The Westbridge). The service is much better and friendlier as well. It’s never quite as packed probably as its a bit if a walk south from most of the other places but I think it’s worth the walk if you want some good pub food. Beer selection isn’t that extensive though as there aren’t nearly enough ales on tap or my liking.

Surprisingly delicious and quality pub grub. I had a delicious pork belly with thyme mash, apple and some of the best black pudding I’ve had. The prices were not bad at all for Battersea pubs, entrees starting at £10. The atmosphere is casual and cozy and the staff is friendly.

Good local pub. We went with a group of friends before the fireworks in Battersea Park and loved it. They were even cooking sausages out the back on a BBQ. Very cozy and is large enough that even when it is bus y you can still get to the bar.
