We booked here specifically because I was craving clams linguine(one of my favourite dishes, and i make a mean version myself), and those were a slight disappointment — a bit too oily and oniony, too little wine and chili. However the rest of the food was quite amazing, especially the starters(both specials of the day, cured swordfish carpaccio and grilled sardines) and the desserts — i don’t know exactly how gnocchi di latte are made but they were out of this world! service was lovely, the deco is warm and elegant — the only off note being the music which was a bit too 90s disco for what wants to position itself as a bit of an upscale dining spot. All in all a lovely evening but nothing to write home about.

This was just ok. The atmosphere was pretty cool, small but tables were tucked behind pillars, etc so that you felt like your own dining area. The food was perfectly fine, but so not worth the price paid. My very basic steak was 25GBP which is about 38USD. It wasn’t worth that much money. It wasn’t anything special and a thin cut at that. It tasted good and was cooked appropriately, but part of rating is value(quality vs price). One persons food feel on the floor(thankfully they told her) so she ended up having to eat later than everyone while they cooked her new food. Desserts were decent, I had a cinnamon apple dumpling dish, again good but not spectacular. I think there are much better options in the area just based on the reviews alone(I was with a group who didn’t have reservations and needed to be able to be seated without much wait… Our choices were limited during the holiday season in London)

Disappointed! The menu seemed appealing, the reality has been different. Antipasti tasteless, greasy frying, very fat, minimum portion exorbitant prices. Avoid if you do not want to have any regrets and a big disappointment!

Good menu choices, a well laid out restaurant with beams and fishing décor the bring atmosphere. The prices are quite high here, but the food is well prepared. I’ve had better for less money, but that is rare. I probably wouldn’t dine here again as I like to try new places and only return for extra special places.

Despite of the poor review here, my family/friends had an amazing time at Pescatori recently. There were 13 of us(it was a birthday dinner) and there were no problems with delay in our services or food. In fact they were very attentive but not in your face. The restaurant got busy by about 8 pm with tables being filled up quickly. Because of the size of our party, we all went for the set menu which was excellent. The mussels were seasoned very well and the monk fish was juicy & not over done. They had some kind of lime sorbet in between the starter and the main course which was an excellent idea to reinstate your pallet. We also ordered a cold seafood platter(with lobsters, oysters, clams, prawns, etc…) to share too. It was divine!!! The red wine we had was amazing. I cannot remember what it was called but when the cork was opened, it tasted like brandy. It was too strong. After an hour of being aired, it was the best red wine we’ve ever had. I need to actually go and find out what it was called :) I think Pescatori must have picked up its slack since these bad reviews… and I hope they have as they serve amazing food. All my friends and family enjoyed it.

I’ve been to Pescatori before and it was pretty good but I turned up with a client for our annual Christmas lunch and because we were 10 minutes late they had given our table away. They made us wait over 30 minutes at which point we decided to leave. In fairness to them they were apologetic enough, we got a free glass of Prosecco and some bread and olives while we waited. They looked like they couldn’t cope with volume as we were told people were waiting over 30 minutes for their starter. This is a place to avoid during busy times.

This has become a favourate for me(been there 4 times now!). My favourate dish of all time would probably be the crab Lasagne which is a starter. Lovely wine and lovely food, what more do you need?

The service and the atmosphere were just okay. The food was delicous. They just changed there menu so be patient with them as they are still figuring it out. I would say in a few weeks they will probably be a lot better.

For a slightly more upscale restaurant, this is a good spot for seafood. They are considered Italian Seafood and have great pastas/ravioli as well. The smoked trout with beetroot ravioli was very tasty and the Sea Bream(whole fish) was perfectly cooked. Prices are reasonable for what you get here. The service is excellent.

Unfortunately a good experience turned sour because of misleading pricing(pp written next to the price, apparently meaning«per person», but they also wrote«to share, minimum two persons» — end result, highly confusing!) Also after a plus £100 meal for two(just food no wine) they conveniently ‘forgot’ to include a lobster head in our doggie bag, which we discovered the next day at home. Despicable. I don’t want to give it even the single star I did.
