Just popped in to the Oxfam West Hampstead shop and was totally positively surprised! Not only lot of great stuff but also lovely people working there. I went out with bag full of clothes from the newest fashion trends and I will definitely cone back again :) the previous comments are out of a date(2008).

I don’t know whether it’s bad to judge charity stores, but I’ve never loved the Oxfam one. This particular store has either been pillaged by other kids trying to find something fabulous, or it never had anything cool in the first place. I’m going with the latter. And it’s a shame as I love a Charity Shop as much as the next poor mid-twenties soul, but I don’t love this one. I know one of the joys of op-shopping is the hit and miss factor, but unfortunately I’ve had no hits here, only misses.

Oxfam is an expensive charity shop. I know that sounds impossible but it is. Okay, you can get inexpensive clothes new cheaper than the clothing here. I think this Oxfam is crap and very small. I find it overpriced and boring in that Oxfam sort of way. There is no vintage. This store sells some chocolate for the disadvadvantaged. I’m giving it 3 stars because a) This is the best charity shop area in London, with Clapham a close rival B) You can’t give a charity shop a bad review. Have a heart!
