Hmm… A McDonald’s in London, I should have known better. I couldn’t figure out where I wanted to go, so I went here on a whim. Lunch time on a weekday this place was packed.
There were a bunch of queues from the registers to the door. Once someone ordered the person cashier would try to assemble the order and give it to the person. If it was not immediately available, then they would have the person wait and take the next person. Unfortunately they did not have people step to the side, they would wait at the front, blocking the queue. This leads to chaos in the queues as people navigate back and forth.
As for the food, my expectations were low, but apparently not low enough. I don’t give many one star reviews, but this was well deserved.
