I bought pedals and shoes from this store. The pedals didn’t work with the shoes. They spent a lot of effort trying to convince me that I was the problem.
I insisted. They tried a different set of the same shoes. Those shoes worked. The response? To try and make further adjustments to the old shoes.
The cleats got swapped around and now I have two shoes that work OK, rather than one shoe that worked perfectly and another that didn’t. I got done. Don’t make the same mistake.
