The products are of high quality. I am very impressed with their hair mask. I use the hair mask as conditioner for better results.
They now sell refills for shampoos, facial wash and etc. Ask if they have discount deals such as buying a set of products.

I seriously love L’Occitane. They have the best shea butter products in the world (the French sure knows their stuff in beauty!). Why buy items here?
1) They smell amazing.
2) The products do what they say. Cherry Blossom scented hand cream containing shea butter? I love you. My hands also love you. Downstairs, they have the whole range of shea butter for you to try on your hands!
3) The packaging are amazing. I bought something over Xmas, not a lot, but it came in a huge box with ribbons on it which would have made a really impressive gift. Too bad I couldn’t bear to part with it so all the hand creams are still in my house.
4) Some of the staff can speak French (I am not sure if all of them can). Even French people come to the UK to buy this stuff, apparently it’s cheaper here than in France!
5) The ladies and gents working in this branch are very nice and helpful also. Yes you do get the odd person telling you to go to another till, only to find that the other till has an even longer waiting time…
6) There is a treatment room downstairs, sometimes they provide free treatments, sometimes free hand creams from their mailing list, sometimes free samples if you just ask… can you resist?
Oh, I forgot to mention about the price, it’s not cheap folks! Bring a big fat wallet with you…

L’occitane has one product above any others, that any rival has not been able to beat up, and that my friends is their hand cream.
It is silky, rich but not sticky. Pure luxury to me. I always loyalty carry the tube on my purse and my friends always know they can rely on me for their hands rescue.
I have carefully started to look around if they would have some other products equally addictive and discovered that oh yes, the same cream comes as foot cream as well! I put it on my list for Santa Claus.

The L’occitane store is located in the Covent Garden market, it has two floor were they sell all the products and also gift sets.
L’occitane range of product is amazing: They sell really good quality cosmetics made with natural ingredients that are really nice. Their deodorants have very special fragrances are are made without the usual chemical components. Their gift sets are a really good present to someone that likes beauty products of quality.
On the down side it is the price: the products are not cheap at all so it is a good idea to wait until the sales are on.

L’occitane is the second most beautiful smelling shop I have ever been in. The shop majors (forgive coining the expression American collegiate) in natural health and beauty care and minors in things like Aromatherapy.
I am a big fan of aromatherapy (don’t tell my mates) because it really does seem to make me feel alot more at ease when I’ve had a good snort of some lavender concoction. This shop has free testers for most of their goods on sale (if I was a woman I’d be in heaven) and even though most of the goods are sold at extraordinarily large prices, I would still do my shopping here. Lots of bath oils, creams, soaps, face masks, skin creams, that kind of place. There are two floors, with the bottom floor being like a cellar (cobbled footstones) and being much much larger then the ground floor make sure you check it out. There are alot of good gift choices as well so if you want to go down the self-​pampering route for Christmas find yourself here, where they wrap and ribbon it all for you. An excellent place.
