I was skeptical. I’m a convert. iPhone dropped, screen glass smashed, screen dark. Apocalypse commences.
Took it in for a free diagnosis (you can make a booking online); two hours later they told me I needed a new screen (£79) and a new battery (£30), as mine was bloated (apparently). About an hour after that, the work was done, my baby (err… mobile) was returned to me, all shiny and new. They have a good business model. It works. Plus there’s a year warranty on the work they do.
I nearly gave them four stars because when I called at the time they told me it would be done, and they needed another hour, the guy was really unsympathetic and a bit snippy. But admittedly, he probably deals with a ton of annoying people desperately wanting their phones back (myself included). Every other person was really nice though, so I’ll let it go.
