I have received quite a lot of negative feedback from this pharmacy business, located in Finchley Road.
I was also made aware that Ipsa stock Vichy and other high-​end premium brands, such as L’Occitane en Provence
I know the opening hours of Ipsa Pharmacy are very long and so I then decided to go in and see for myself, considering that I was in the immediate area.
Made a few purchases whenever I needed to. I did however find the staff who run this place, very cold, distant, not willing to serve, not bothered to greet the customer, etc.
I asked the retail manager, where do you keep your First Aid kit and he didn’t even make eye contact with me, and rudely replied, (with his back turned) «We do not have a First Aid kit» and I was like, «Okay…you are ever so rude»
Honestly, I find the guys who run Ipsa extremely rude — I wouldn’t even part with my cash and credit/​debit card with these lot — at all.
I would never part from my money in the wallet with this pharmacy shop, it’s advisable to take your custom elsewhere.
