The hotel is clean and has an acceptable fitness center. However, it has no British charm whatsoever. If they hotel could charge you for oxygen, it would. Instead, it hits you with a 25 pound charge to use it’s with-fi. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The Knightsbridge Holiday Inn was a no frills cheap(by London standards) hotel. Location can’t be beat, one block to the Tube, three blocks to Hyde Park and about five blocks to Harrod’s. be prepared for a small bed and smaller TV. The bar in the hotel was full of Yanks and American football was featured. Overall you get what you pay for.

A perfectly good place to stay, well located, close to tons of restaurants and bars. The area is one of London’s best. The hotel is reasonably priced – about 200 pounds a night for 2 people. Rooms are smallish by American tastes, but that is London. The best part of the stay may be the extensive complimentary breakfast – lots and lots to choose from both hot and cold, not all the«continental breakfast» which is often a muffin with jelly and tea. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in London. By the way, I saw lots of American flight crews coming and going, so I take that to be a good sign.
